Good Rooftop Experience

My stay at the Grand Park Inn was quite a memorable experience. The warm welcome and attentive service stood out, making me feel genuinely appreciated. However, while some rooms were comfortable, my initial room suffered from street noise, which was disruptive. The location might not be the best for tourists, but the atmosphere and friendly staff made it worthwhile. I would definitely return, especially after experiencing their excellent service and thoughtful touches for special occasions.

The friendly staff made a significant difference, particularly Mr. Madan Pai, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. During my stay, I found the hotel to be quite disappointing overall. The cleanliness of the rooms was overshadowed by the uncomfortable beds and pillows, which made for a restless night's sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly, but the noisy location and lack of proper temperature control in the rooms were major drawbacks. Breakfast was okay, but not something to look forward to. Definitely not the best value for money.
